Carnation Blue Velvet Cat Collar

The Carnation Collection pairs your choice of either a beautiful deep orchid, tranquil blue or cherry red carnation set against an elegant black velvet collar and leash. The leashes have detachable flowers.

Break Away Safety Buckles: Breakaway buckles are specially designed for cats. If their collar catches on something, the cat's twisting or struggling action causes the buckle to open, freeing the cat. These buckles pull apart at approximately 8 pounds of pull.
