1. How long will it take to get my items? 

Many of our products are made to order but we can usually ship within 5-7 days with a delivery date of 7-10 days.

2. Where are my purchases coming from?

Our products come from various manufactures. We are currently working with companies located in Florida and California. Due to this fact you might receive different parcels at different times. If you are ordering from two or three of our manufacturers their shipping times might not be the same. Rest assured that all of our products are made in the USA!

3. Can I get a refund if I purchased the wrong size or color? 

We strive to provide accurate information for our clients by putting size charts and images for all of the color choices we offer. For that reason we don't offer refunds for incorrect size or color purchases on apparel, collars or harnesses. But we will work with you by giving you a deep discount on the right size or color re-order so that your pet can still have the item you wanted for him or her.

4. What if I receive a damaged item or it isn't the one I ordered?

If you received a damaged or incorrect item we require you let us know within 3 days of receiving your item. Just email us with a picture and a description of the problem. We are here to help.
